Fantastic experience with Rosetta & Ann!!!! – I am getting married in less than two months and couldn’t be more pleased with the way I have been treated by the staff of French Bridals. Seamstress was amazing!! – I got married this past June, when looking for my wedding dress I shopped around to several shops. I went to French Bridal last and found my dream dress! They were so helpful, going through dress after dress till I found the one that was perfect for me.The seamstress make my dress fit me like it was made for me, she did wonders on my dresses bustle. My entire wedding party got alterations from her and everyone was more than please! Thank you Rosetta!!
DON'T DO IT! – The staff is rude, push and disorganized. I could maybe forgive that since I had no choice in buying a dress from them (I was a bridesmaid for my bestfriend), but only if they knew how to use a tape measure! They say dresses are made to order through the manufacturer which means they will try to increase your size so that they can retail your business for their tailoring services. BEWARE!!!!!! – This store is terrible. I purchased a dress after I was promised a specific type of bead and rhinestone work could be done. Went back in on three occasions to check on the beadwork and each time there was something wrong. First, they used the wrong rhinestones, thankfully she only put maybe 3 on. The second time there were shapes of rhinestones I did not pick out and maybe 10 of them added. Service with a smile for wedding and formal dresses – I bought my wedding dress at French Bridals in early May 2010. It was the first dress store I visited and I walked out with the dress of my dreams in about an hour. The consultant who waited on me was so nice. She let me browse the dresses and pull whatever I liked and she also made some great suggestions based on what I told her I was looking for. Buyer Beware! – After two friends referred me to French Bridal, I went in with high expectations. I bought my dream dress on my first visit and had an amazing experience. That was a year ago and since then every visit has been progressively worse. I am reluctantly giving French Bridal a one star rating; zero doesn't seem to be an option. Dress of my dreams for a Great Price! – I must say, I only stopped into French Bridals because I pass right by it on my way home from work, but WOW, was I happy I did!! extremely pushy – I had read the reviews before I went and I must admit I was a little hesitant but my mom and I happened to be in the area and decided to give it a whirl. We walked in without an appointment and they did agree to take us which I thought was a good start. The selection there was great but they were definitely pricey. Excellent Experience – I had a great experience at French Bridals. From the moment I walked in everyone was extremely professional and so helpful. At one point I think 3 ppl were helping me, I never felt pressured or rushed. I bought both my veil and dress the same day. Linda, Ann and the seamstress are all amazing.
