Such a long story but over spent over 2 hours on the phone, waited over 40 minutes for a supervisor and was then they tried to gaslight me into saying the call logs only recorded I waited 9 mins. Feedback: you’re a call center, you should be able to callback customers after YOUR representatives “accidentally” hung up. The only reason this isn’t getting 1 star is because after I gave the supervisor a piece of my mind, he was able to actually help me.
