Brandi at the 5 points location in Alabama was wonderful. She was very patient with me. Helped me get an awesome quote to which I then purchased. I highly recommend freeway and Brandi was amazing and made this experience easy and fun.

I moved from another state and didn't where to look. I found Freeway Insurance by google. Nicole of Baton Rouge and Layfette LA Area was a huge help in getting me changed over. I live in Houston, TX and I had the honor of speaking with Tomaro I know I didn't spell her name correctly. I was transferred to her but I think her work location was 1960 and 45 in Houston. I just wanted to say that she was awesome person to talk with and assisted me with grace and courtesy. I give her 5 stars. The date she assisted me was 4/24 around 3/4 pm. And I was having a rough day she reassured me that all Customer service is not bad. Thank you Tomaro ( again, I know I didn't spell it correctly
Amie Valdez Was A Big Help with getting My insurance Started
I had a problem with my insurance renewal. I already paid for it but received mail that it had expired. I called customer service and Chrystal Cuttill was most effective! She assisted me in finding the fault of the insurance agent, email me and sent me via mail my insurance cards and notified me why that mistake occurred in the first place! Very grateful for her assistance!🙏
Alex, the manager on Sahara and Decatur is very rude. No customer service no smile no welcoming nothing just blah very very very rude. Do not recommend Alex the manager.
