Alex, the manager on Sahara and Decatur is very rude. No customer service no smile no welcoming nothing just blah very very very rude. Do not recommend Alex the manager.

Michaela was so helpful with getting my license back up and running to save my license! She’s the best agent in thee office I highly recommend working with her. She was so helpful that I decided to make a review on her to show how great she is and to help her with little competition that she is in at her office. Mind you I never make review on anything so that says something about her.

Her approach seemed more focused on sales rather than genuinely assisting customers with their needs. Such a long story but over spent over 2 hours on the phone, waited over 40 minutes for a supervisor and was then they tried to gaslight me into saying the call logs only recorded I waited 9 mins. Feedback: you’re a call center, you should be able to callback customers after YOUR representatives “accidentally” hung up. The only reason this isn’t getting 1 star is because after I gave the supervisor a piece of my mind, he was able to actually help me.
