I had a problem with my insurance renewal. I already paid for it but received mail that it had expired. I called customer service and Chrystal Cuttill was most effective! She assisted me in finding the fault of the insurance agent, email me and sent me via mail my insurance cards and notified me why that mistake occurred in the first place! Very grateful for her assistance!š Ā
Alex, the manager on Sahara and Decatur is very rude. No customer service no smile no welcoming nothing just blah very very very rude. Do not recommend Alex the manager.Ā
