I've been with Freeway since I moved to Chicago back in 2019. Just called today to renew my policy. I didn't have to wait long before I was able to speak to Hector. He was very friendly and professional and the whole thing didn't last more than 10 minutes. Very much recommended!

Nadine the customer service agent was so rude and wasted hours of my time while I was ill, giving me the run-around and purposefully wasting my time. melissa at 1205 waldron road in corpus christi was an amazing help with finding a policy that was within my budget, when i didnt understand something she took the time to help me understand and answered any questions i had about my policy options. would definitely come back to freeway to find more cheap policy quotes with this quality level of customer service!
Texas location is terrible to deal with. Prices are not necessarily the cheapest but competitive. I ended up renewing with a different agency due to Freeway's fees and complete lack of agent's customer service. The initial phone handling is a facade of superior customer service. It's not them who assists with policies. I was hoping to continue using them for extended period of time. It's simpler to deal with insurance directly.
