If it could be rated out of 0 stars, I would do it. I had problems keeping my insurance current with the payment method, since it was not current, they did not put my information into the database, having already paid and done the necessary paperwork, I had to call more than 2 times and still could not resolve. I was for 1 month without knowing that my insurance was invalid. Branch San Marcos, TX not recommended. If you have more options, take them! run away from here
For 2 hrs I have getting no answers till I talked to a young man named Ariel. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help. Ì was about to cancel with freeway but after his help I will stay because he showed he cared about my concerns. Hats off to Ariel keep up the good work!!
