The young lady I spoke with today Tamara langley I think that’s her name she was very and she gave me all the information I needed about rentals insurance was all wonderful I will sign up for it I just have to get in touch with my husband and see what he says about it but our overview of everything was pleasant and very honest and I appreciate that more than anything thanks Timara

I had just signed up with Freeway they saved me quite a lot of money per month ,the first Rep.added my daughter's car but did not add my daughter.I tried reaching out to her and I got no response through emails and leaving multiple voice messages.So I called the corporate office and they were so helpful and connected me with Janete # 23395 in TX ,she was very knowledgeable and helpful to get my problem resolved and saved me more money.The 2 gentlemen in CA where they main office is were Eddie and Will they were all over it a... read more

If I could give it a zero I would. The broker was not available after signing up for my policy. They did not provide any copies of the “broker” fee they said I signed for and is non refundable so for one month of insurance I ended up paying over 500 in one month due to fees. Then when I called to make a complaint I was constantly reverted to a survey instead of an actual supervisor. The most unorganized bullshit company I’ve ever encountered. Never ever again will I give them one cent. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
