Rates are decent as long as you do not add any of their additional products!!! Jesse with Freeway Insurance is a life-saver! I could not have done this without him! His customer service, industry skills, and helpfulness far exceed any other insurance agent, etc that I have ever had. Very, very highly recommended as he went above and beyond for me. Melissa was very patient and helpful much appreciation no complaints to her my only issue was online receiving my quote was different to what i was told. Lonestar came out $154.08 online but talking to her it came out +$250 and I'm not upset really because I still received a good quote due to Melissa help but I didn't need to be advertised with false info.
I normally go through Jerry.com to get my insurance but I was on the phone for 3 hours with them trying switch my insurance. Very frustrating. I then called Freeway insurance and an Agent by the name Yenni heard the frustration and helped me tremendously to resolve my insurance needs. She was patient and when I was on hold kept reassuring me that she was still there assisting me. Most importantly took extra time to make sure it received the lowest payment and the best coverage. They don't answer their phones. On hold for 59 minutes and counting right now...
HORRIBLE customer service. Called for a quote, was told I'd get a call back...never happened. I called again only to be given someone else's information and when I pointed out their stupidity, I was transferred straight to a survey. STAY AWAY!! At least the General and Direct Auto have personable representatives that know what they are talking about and aren't people off the streets that can only follow scripts. Terrible insurance company!!
