When I was looking for storage not every place I contacted responded to me (or did after some time) but Applewood responded right away. The owner/manager is responsive and professional. He was helpful and wasn't pushy when I wanted to look around some more and when I decided to go with his storage facility was able to meet on short order. I needed a unit for my apartment furniture as I was living out of state for the summer. It ended up being a perfect experience in all regards. Over the summer I lost (and subsequently cancelled) my credit card that was on file with Applewood and forgot to notify them. Needless to say when they went to charge me for the month, it came up declined. Instead of charging me for a late fee immediately, Dave (the owner) both called and emailed to notify me of the situation. I was able to give him the information for a different car... read more
