I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I always have a good experience when I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they make every effort to correct any situation that arises. I have gone back a few times over the last 10 years whenever I do something to throw my back out of whack. It usually takes one major adjustment to get me almost pain free, followed up by a minor tuneup within 3 days to a week to get me completely pain free until I do something foolish and throw my back out of adjustment again. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
