Leased a 2017 Ford Fusion and car is a total lemon. I’m back in the shop once a month and twice last week for two completely separate issues with the car. Latest is a pinging sound that continued after I left. I’ve been a ford person since 2004 and loyalty counts for zero. Will never buy or lease a Ford again. Even Dealt with Ford Corporate and they refused to help me. Next stop is the lemon law because I am all out of options with this dealer and this car.
I have been using Freehold Ford for 5 years and the staff there is the best. Thank u Mike for doing the last service on my Escape as I am moving to Florida. My only hope is that the dealership in Florida is as great as Freehold Ford. Its been a pleasure doing business with you.
Robert (sales) and Linda (front desk reception) great people. They were lovely to my two year old daughter the whole time we were there.
I think all the staff at Freehold Ford is great. The service guys are super nice and accommodating. The sales guys even take the time to talk with me when I am hanging out there waiting for service on my truck. Will be glad to do business with them now and in the future.
Friendly, courteous and dependable. Looked at problem, took care of regular service and had car back by end of day like I needed. Great job.
