Great service again. This is our 2nd Explorer that we’ve purchased. Walid the manager made sure we were in the right car to meet our budget. Kristine and Mike in finance were professional and friendly. They got us in and out in no time. The other sales professionals and managers were welcoming the entire time. On my first visit to Ford, the car was repaired and functioned well ... for about two week, after which the original problem returned with a vengeance. I returned the car to Ford. Ford performed further maintenance (at no charge) and rehabilitated themselves. The car now runs like new.
