Friendly and knowledgeable. I go to Freehold Ford for my Explorer and Mustang. Good that they now offer loaners, but it’s via Enterprise so you have to go there and fill out all the rental contracts.
Today Mike from Freehold Ford Service called a Ford dealer in CT (I am out of town) for me to ensure I needed hundreds of dollars worth of service done on my car. Turns out, I do not. What I need done is under warranty. Thank you Freehold Ford for excellent customer service.
Serviced my Explorer at Freehold Ford last week. I made an appointment for a routine maintenance. I was able to get an appointment for a convenient time and wait for the car as the promised time was approximately 1 hour. Waited in their comfortable waiting room with free Wi Fi. After an hour, the Service Manager came to the waiting room and told me the car was ready. I have to say that this is typical of the great service that I get from Freehold Ford. I highly recommend them both for Sales and Service.

The front desk is very friendly and professional. Mike from the service department is charming and so polite. I love Ford cars. My first ford car was in 1984. As of now I lease a 2017 Ford Fusion and I haven’t had any problems. I make sure my car has its regular oil change’s & tire rotation.
I just purchased A 2018 Ford Explorer from Freehold Ford. Patrick Higgins was our sales associate. He was very informative, helpful and kind in all aspects of purchasing the car. Patrick and Freehold Ford made us feel very welcome, and I give them both 5 stars. I would recommend Freehold Ford to my friends and family when they are ready to purchase a car.
