Mike from internet sales was friendly and promptly introduced me to Brian W. who worked extremely hard to get me a great deal on a new F150. I had previously leased 2 Fusions from All American Ford and they've never treated me as well as Freehold Ford. My situation wasn't exactly easy- between payments having to be rolled over and owing money for my miles, they managed to get me a great deal and a monthly payment I could afford. I wish I could split the review between the Sales Department and Service Department. I would give the Service Department a 10! Mike W. is absolutely amazing. I only bring my Explorer to Freehold Ford for service. He truly cares about the customers and likes his job. Unfortunately, this is the second and last time I will be getting a car from Freehold Ford. The atmosphere here in Sales has changed.

The only Ford dealership I will go to. The level of professionalism was impeccable. The most pleasurable experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. My saleswoman, Yvonne was a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and personable. She was able to answer every question I had. Kristine in the finance department explained all of the paperwork fully and answered all of my questions. She made buying a vehicle a fun experience. I would give Freehold Ford 10 stars if I could. I absolutely love my Ford Explorer. Thank You.
