Amazing dealership and even better people!! I went to multiple dealerships over the past week (a frustrating task on a good day let alone during a pandemic) but Freehold Ford truly stood out from the rest. Everyone was incredibly helpful (especially Josh and Dino) and they were beyond fair in their pricing!! They made it an easy decision for me to use them for my lease and for any vehicles in the future.

Finally bought my very first brand new 2020 Explorer last week. When the price wasn’t right the guys found something that was perfect for me! I am so incredibly happy with it and can’t stop driving it already. The staff was so personable and made the buying experience smooth and fast! Would definitely go back in the future!

On May 4th, I had a appointment for an oil and filter change, multi point inspection on my 2014 Ford Flex. I waited, Done in a little over an hour. Nice experience. Service advisor, Kyle very pleasant and professional.
DO NOT BUY FROM FREEHOLD FORD OR FORD IN GENERAL! They are rips-offs and take advantage of their customers. Horrible treatment for a frontline healthcare worker and spouse!!!! They are true shifters!!!

horrible experience... nearly died in one of their loaner cars and was laughed out of the dealership by their nasty manager when I went to find out what happened. police are no help either
