We purchased a Subaru Legacy yesterday. It was an easy experience with Carlos Ramos as are salesman. There was no pressure only a helpfulness that you need when buying a car. He made the process pleasant, quick and easy.
I’ve been searching for a newer used Subaru for the past couple months, so I have done a good amount of research. Today I walked into Freehold Subaru and walked out two hours later with an awesome 2017 outback! Stephen was a pleasure to work with, no stress, no hassle, and it seemed like he genuinely wanted me to have the car and was excited when we all agreed on a excellent price! I am beyond happy with all the service Stephen and Eric gave us and they have gained a customer for life. Thanks guys!

Everyone from service department representative to sales representative are terrible. Embarrassing dealership
The service industry is built around the customer and their needs. If someone in the dodge service center makes an analysis and says something will be finished at a certain time, the customer believes them and plans around that information. This is the second time I have worked with Freehold Dodge and Subaru, there will not be a third. I am tired of lack of communication, poor planning, and just lack of care for customer's schedules.
