My 2018 Dodge Ram has been there for almost 7 weeks. The XM radio and GPS stopped working. They advised me the part is on national back order. I even called Dodge Corporate customer service center and they were even less useful. They said it’s an after market radio and that’s what is taking so long. Never mind the two lease payments I made without even having the truck!! I was fine at first but now this is totally ridiculous. I will never buy a Dodge product again.
Second time I have had an appointment and brought my truck in for service. Both times they did not even look at my truck on the day of service. Today got a call at 2:45 that will not look at it until tomorrow. Why even make an appointment?
PJ was a great salesperson to deal with. We ended up with a great deal on a brand new 2019 WRX. I never felt pressured, and the whole purchasing experience was nice and easy.
Very straight forward dealer, they gave me a straight up price on a new car and beat all the other dealers out there. I was also in and out in about 1.5 hours. 10/10 will come back to this dealer. Talk to Carlos.
