I was looking for a used car for my son and I didn’t want to travel far or haggle. Shane and Morton at Freehold Dodge/Subaru helped me meet my goal. They let me bring the vehicle to my own mechanic and when I got back we worked out a deal in minutes. No pressure, no going back and forth with the manager, no BS! We just bought our first Subaru and absolutely love it! Carlos Ramos was excellent to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all, like some salesman are. He listened to what we needed, gave us individualized attention, and overall made our experience wonderful. Manager Scott was also super easy to deal with. Went in this morning on my way to the Jeep dealer. I figured there wasn’t much they could do for me but Steve spent time going over all the numbers honestly with me to see if we could work something out. When things were looking good he turned me over to Steve Ullrich to look at the car and test drive. Both of them were honest, forthright and very pleasant. I walked out with my new 2018 subaru crosstrek. Could not be happier! 😄😄
