I just bought my second Subaru Outback at Freehold Subaru last week. It is a pleasure working with them, takes the haggle out of buying. Chris Devoy, my salesman, almost immediately settled on the price I wanted. Chris was also very helpful in locating my car and getting it delivered quickly. I highly recommend Freehold Subaru!
I have purchased 4 vehicles in the past 2 years and always a great experience. I have also referred numerous people to Freehold Dodge and all have said it was a great experience.
I want to say that everyone in the service department have been terrific with me. Both Gregg and Jay are great guy's. John the service manager is awesome also .
Worst dealer experience I have ever experienced as a buyer. Blatant disregard for a potential customer/sale. Mentioned that I was potentially getting the vehicle in question at a family members dealership in Missouri but that if a decent price could be obtained locally I would just buy locally. The sales managers response was that they "would not allow a test drive on a vehicle unless they knew I was a buyer, especially a WRX". My response was how could I consider buying something without a test drive anyway and walked out. ... read more
