I visited this dealership twice in one week specifically looking for a slingshot. I noticed a sling advertised on cycle trader, went to inquire about it only to be greeted by Cody who is a cocky ignorant and arrogant salesman. I waited a few weeks after our purchase experience to post a review because I wanted to be as fair as possible. I am very disappointed in the integrity of this business. We spent a week looking for a Sling Shot, exploring financing etc. We drove over an hour to Freedom Powersports twice, bypassing a local dealer. Took my SS there a week ago for what should be a simple diagnostic, engine light keeps popping on. It's been doing this since I purchased it. They keep resetting it. obviously there's a issue and it seems they don't want to address it. I believe it won't be addressed properly until my warranty is up and then im going to have to fight with them about the issue in court, or I will have to pay a enormous amount of money to get it fixed. I've alway had exceptional service, right up until yesterday. I received a call to pick up my bike from service. I was shocked as I would have thought Freedom would have shut down, to protect their employees and the public. I was greeted by a very rude woman, who told me I couldn't come through the door as there were already 10 people inside. I've brought my fourwheeler to these guys 3 times in the pass year or so and everytime I get it back from them there is something totally different messed up on it that needs to be worked on , it is never their fault or wrong doing with anything after paying over 3k this last time I got it back I rode it only one time down the street and now it is a something else that was never broken or messed up before I brought it in...

Today Freedom Powersports won a customer by good service, right after I walked in I was greeted by Charlie Christopher who asked how could he help and I responded that I was just looking. A little while later he came back by and we struck up a conversation and I ended up leaving with a 2020 Yamaha Grizzly. His professionalism along with the professionalism by his sales manager (DJ ) I think, won a customer. Thank you
