The dealer picked up my atv for its first service since I was quoted a 2 day turn around for an oil change. I had a prepaid maintenance plan which allegedly gave me a "priority" service status. It took multiple phone calls after two weeks of sitting to get it expedited and serviced. After three weeks of sitting, it was finally finished but they could now not deliver it due to a delivery truck issue and no immediate plan to remedy the situation at the expense of their waiting customers. my first time there had a new chain put on mechanic pulls the bike out Parks it beside me walks in never test drives or nothing I get on the bike brakes ain't working at all you would figure it after putting a new chain on you would test drive it the second time I brought a different kind of bike had new tires put on the front and back since the back tire was off I just had new pads put on the back mechanic pulls my bike out again gets off of it does not test drive it at all because it has no brakes it did when I came there ... read more
they don't need to do any mechanic work if you care about your bike like I do take it to a real professional mechanic shop these clowns are nothing but a circus
They should shut down or get rid of all there customer service and sales staff. I have posted on them multiple times. 2 of my neighbors told me they were headed up there have them my opinion and they agreed. This company sucks. Drive a little further south to Capitol Cycle in Macon they have everything in stock and treat you like a person. Stay away from Freedom especially Becky and Deejay the Sales manager.
Business practices sooo bad that they do not even try to join BBB or Henry County Chamber of Commerce.
I AM SURE THIS POST WILL BE DELETED... BUT HERE I GO Salesman Brett Wyatt seriously mislead my son. He recommended no down payment, but did recommend he “finance” this amount. They had to use two different finance companies and never made this fact clear. Brett told my 19 year old to just keep signing and never took the time to try to explain anything. Not only is he a veteran who proudly served our country, but he went above and beyond for us as customers! We never felt pressured. He just wanted to make sure we were happy with what we bought. Bought my new 2020 Polaris ranger from them and a month after having it their is condensation under speedometer so you can’t even read gas gage or speed anymore and evrerything in glove box and dry box gets wet... trying to get their service department on the phone is like pulling teeth... they never call you back
I will never step foot in this place again. Nor will anyone that I know that I can talk out of again. The people running this place is the most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. Customer service is bad I have never dealt with any service like this. If I had the time I would stand out on the street with a sign just to talk to anyone I could to not go into this place. Please go anywhere else but here to purchase anything might need that they might have. Trust me you can get it somewhere else at a better price
