Purchased a Honda Rancher here almost 2 years ago. Buying process was excellent. Stopped in today for items to change oil. Phillip at the parts dept. dropped the ball really bad. I have since found somewhere else to buy my parts. Phillip needs some training..

I knew I wanted the green Yamaha Stryker. Green only available in 2015 model. Freedom ordered the bike for me! I'm not rich nor do I have perfect credit. I know where I'm taking my money here on out!
Please DO NOT PURCHASE any motor vehicles from this company. They have horrible and deceptive business practices. The customer service is horrible and they have poor communication with the customers!!! This company took it upon themselves to alter the original parts on my motorcycle and then attempted to force ownership of merchandise on me. BEWARE!!!!!
It's hard to get a 5 out of me for anything, but the bike is awsome and Scott was great.
I purchased a Suzuki Boulevard from Freedom Powersports McDonough in January of this year. The entire transaction left a bad taste in my mouth and a horrible impression of the company. I do not and will recommend anyone to do business with this company. My salesperson was Roy, who left the company shortly after my purchase.
