The building was very nice when I arrived last night in McDonough ga for the wrestlemerica wrestling event. There was a good crowd of fans to show up and support all the wrestlers. I had a great time. I want to come back again if necessary another show soon.
This dealership almost cost a friend and his wife their lives by using using a used bearing in a rear wheel assembly when they were told to replace them with new. The rear bearing seized and the bike went down. Thankfully they are not to terribly injured but the bike is a total loss. I hope they are prepared for the mother of all lawsuits!! This is not a dealership you can trust if this is the kind of bullshit they do
I went in to buy one of their used motorcycles today, and I was treated as well as someone who was buying a brand-new, expensive bike. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and the process was as pain-free as it could have been. If I'm ever in the market for a new bike, I'm definitely giving them my business.
Selling a second bike for 5k to Freedom after trading another bike for a new BMW. Then they are giving me the new exhaust I want at cost. So I am glad they will be my new dealer. They are also giving me a ride home so I dont have to pay the 25$ for uber. Exceptional customer service from Tim the manager.
Was in route back to Chicago and was in need of tire and oil change. Laura tool great care of me and they were over $100 cheaper than the 1st dealer I called. Will be my 1st call whenever I'm in the area and need services.
Bought my 2017 BMW r1200gsa from them Saturday and couldn't be more pleased. TIm was professional and attentive to making sure I was happy. He is the reason I keep going back to them. 3 bikes in 3 years. This will be the last bike though since its the HOLY GRAIL of bikes. Now they will have to settle for my accessories shopping but it will be done there at Freedom Powersports. Thanks guys , I am a very happy customer.
