Got my door fixed right away. They cut the springs needed to length at my home. Another vendor had told me 4 months to get springs replaced for my door. Great residential service!
All I can say is WOW! This company is extremely professional and reliable. I contacted them in the middle of the night with an emergency - my garage door wouldn’t close! They had someone at my home before noon the very next day and it was fixed! I am so pleased with the service, from the staff in-house and the tech who came out. I had them install a door at my cabin 6 months ago and now a new door at home. Their doors are excellent quality, their prices are competitive and the office staff and installers are very professional. They arrived on time, were pleasant and the workmanship is flawless. Both doors work smoothly and quietly. We are very satisfied.
Not one to write reviews but A1 Garage Doors screwed us over and Freedom Overhead Doors graciously helped to fix the problem without obnoxious cost and great quality.
We searched the area for a good quality door with certain features that matched our cedar shake sided home. We landed on Freedom Overhead door. We thought they were great. 2 1/2 years later we had a cable problem. They came out same day ( a miracle) and again provided outstanding service. They’ve exceed our expectations again and again. Service after the sale is outstanding!
