The service here is wonderful! We had a worker at our home today to do maintenance on our mini split system and he was so kind and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and made the system look brand new. Very communicative and experienced. He also spoke highly of his experience working for Freedom Heating. We're big fans of Chris and Freedom Heating. We got quotes from 5 different HVAC companies in the Santa Cruz area, but our general contractor warned us against going with anyone but Chris. And I'm glad we did! They installed aluminum ducts + a heat pump, and they were knowledgable, friendly, and their work was super clean. Thanks guys!

Chris and his team are absolutely amazing! Chris is very diligent punctual, knowledgeable and doesn't try to oversell you. He really knows the HVAC domain! We went with Chris to replace our furnace with a Heat Pump and he recommended excellent product configurations and even electrical contractors (Alpha Omega Electric) to handle the electrical upgrades.
