The provider took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Ignored my portal messages and when I asked about it the receptionist said "hmm that's weird". I was given a virtual appointment and after waiting for 20 mins, and calling the clinic several times, I find out they're closed for the day. They sent several messages confirming my appointment and no calls to reschedule.
I am so thankful for Doctor Pam & Maria! They provide exceptional primary care, take the time to listen to my concerns, and come up with a plan to improve my health together. There’s never a long wait in the office and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend for your primary care needs! Family Friendly!
Everyone is really friendly and professional! I love Dr Sierra Muilenburg Alvarez, she is very knowledgeable and helpful with her patients. She truly cares! The office staff is really kind and the scheduling is flexible.
