Finally have insurance that I can use Dr Le with again, he has been always attentive to my concerns , paid attention to what I had to say , kept me informed with what procedures and care that he needed to use to keep me healthy. Thank you so much
I would give zero stars if possible. Dr. Manning was extremely dismissive of my symptoms. She told me that all of my medical issues were due to mental and psychiatric issues. I went to Dr. Manning after months waiting for an appointment. She was very curt and has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen a doctor have. She misdiagnosed my symptoms and said multiple times my symptoms weren’t real. I eventually went to another doctor and had multiple breaks in my back and severe nerve issues that were confirmed by a real doctor.... read more
Check out was not good. Did not mention where mri would be or how set up. I had to come back in from car to find out. Did not tell me that my pain doctors were at another location and they would call me. I asked for a number to call in case I did not hear from them. She could not give me one.. I asked about pt. She said they would call me. I asked if I could go some where else to my own company I have used it as mine is closer to my home. She never offered me this option. I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Jerabek In May of 2024. I am a new person today. My therapist told me that they never encountered such great work and minimal scaring. Recovery was also much quicker. Thank you Dr Jerabek for giving me back the quality of movement that I enjoy today.
Came back for a MRI follow up. Dr Porter let me know the results. I ask for a more detailed explanation and he took the time to do just that. I'm off with a shot and follow up physical therapy. Couldn't be more happy.
Knowledge, ability to communicate and professionalism are 3 words that impressed us at first, although he had treated my husband as a patient 4 years ago! Easy to understand as well which makes the patients and any family members in the room feel at ease as well! Good Doctor!!
