On time, efficient yet thorough and friendly
Slight delay in being seen. Seemed in a hurry once in exam room.
Office was very efficient, everyone courteous. I work with Dr. Jarbo in a surgical setting so I already knew he was fantastic and it was no different for me today as a patient myself.
Five X-rays that were available immediately. Dr. Bryce explained what he saw and answered all of my questions. Try a cortisone shot first.
He was not able to get a good colonoscopy due to him changing the prep used and told me I need to schedule another one. I tried to schedule 4 times and was then told I needed to come in and pay for another office visit first. I was not able to get the appointment scheduled. Asked to have him call me and of course he never did. After 15 years w his practice I’m switching GI docs.
I recently underwent right knee TKA surgery at HSS. Dr. Fred Cushner performed the surgery. He was masterful with computer assisted medial approach to the knee wherein he was able to go underneath the quad muscle to gain access to the joint. His surgical technique was exquisite. The diagnosis and treatment from Dr. New solved a longstanding problem. He was knowledgeable and personable. I will recommend him for dermatology.
The Dr and staff were friendly, pleasant, efficient and timely. There was not a long wait time.
