I took my car in due to a chirping sound. They charged me for changing a belt tensioner and told me the car was fixed. I picked my car up after hours. The car was still chirping and now the check engine light was on. I took it back and they changed the serpentine belt that was under warranty. I again went to [pick it up after hours. The 5602 Kingston pike location has some SERIOUS issues. My sister had made an appointment for Tuesday to fix an issue they SHOULD have fixed a week prior (She had dropped if off the week before and paid 600 dollars only for the issue to still be there!) She dropped it off a second time. Come Tuesday, she has to have her boyfriend call because they won't answer her calls, they tell him they can't get to it till Wednesday. 630.00 for front brakes, was told all 4 brakes needed to be replaced. The only update i got was when I called to see when they would be done. (4 hours after Drop off). I was then notified that i needed new rotors old rotors to much damage to turn. Picked up car and paid 630.00 original quote was 4 sets of brakes pads and installed 300.00 . Well the loud grinding noises and the vibration was still there. Had to return car to fix the repairs, the NEW ROTORS were warped in storage (LOL) and needed to be turned. These people ... read more

Don't go to Ben Harris at Free Service on Clinton Hwy he's a Big Lie and Crook I've posted the story on Yelp read entire review this shop is racist, remember Ben you will reap what you sow dickhead I don't want to rate your store on Clinton Hwy but to post it you have to black people are treated poorly and ripped off and lyed to to replace 2 fuses for my windows to go down on a truck this Deadbeat charged 819.38 I hope you can't sleep at night when Jesus comes back you gone burn in hell with the rest of you twisted nasty rac... read more

Don't go to Free Service on Clinton Hwy they are Crooks and are Partial to White folks not Black People I went there to get 2 front windows fixed they would not roll down Ben Harris is a DickHead who you can tell belongs to the klu klux klan he charged 819.38 for 2 windows and they messed up my locks on my truck I repeat Do not Fu_k with Ben Harris at the Clinton Hwy store what a bunch of honkey tonk Crooks.
