To my friends and family do not go to fred shanty’s in new london worse service rude staff after called to say our $58 meal was the worse food we ever had the clam strips were soggy and cold the fries were horrible the chocolate shakes were straight Hersey syrup and the manager was extreme unprofessional to my mother on the phone when we were trying to get a refund back and she proceeded to say that’s fine you don’t have to come here anymore and hung up on my mother so rude horrible place i do not recommend
food was pretty good. but one thing was really upsetting ask if my 4 year old niece could use the bathroom was told no its not a public restroom. and not 5 minutes later they let this other little kid use it. what made it different for the second kid to be able to use it but not the first. smh
