RecommendedBeen goin to Fred’s since I was a little girl and I’ve always absolutely loved it! The view of the Thames river is perfect and they have the best FRESH New England seafood for not too bad a price! Best place to go after a day at the beach or a day outside. Good family atmosphere or casual date night 😊

We tried Fred’s for the first time during sailfest. I got the scallop dinner and I am extremely picky when it comes to my scallops and you guys impressed me! The scallop dinner was the best I’d had in years. Light crispy batter. Not soggy with grease. Even the fries were light and crisp. I also enjoyed the onion rings and slaw. Awesome food and friendly service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the milkshakes and burgers. Get a table overlooking the river. Doesn’t get much better than that!
Drove down expecting local, fresh food but apparently it’s all frozen. Could have got the same thing at stop and shop.
