We love Fred's when we are up there, we always make a point to visit and have lunch. Everyone is friendly and helpful, we recommend anyone staying on Beech to visit.

Fred's has everything from hardware to good food to critter food to clothes to fine wines to shoes and beyond. Good prices and wonderful,staff. They are unfailingly helpful and cheerful and I do love going to Fred's!

A trip to beech Mountain isn't complete without first dropping by Fred's! Great wine and beer selection among anything else you could need or want.
You can find almost anythng you need, prices aren't cheap, but when you need something in the middle of the mountains, this is your best option!
Been going to Fred's since I was a child (30+ years). Always helpful, always great quality and service.
Love to visit Freds.. We come to visit as a family every year sometimes twice a year..This store had everything, even a great restaurant. My daughter even got married right next store to Freds.. down home feel when you visit..
