This little general store has everything you need for a short grocery trip or a tourist stop. We found so many interesting things in the upstairs as well as cute shirts and boots downstairs. Love to stop here every time we come through the area.

If Fred's doesn't have it, you don't need it!! Nice deli on the backside! Everything from groceries and wine to bulk candy, winter clothing and hardware!

Freds has everything you could want when on Beech Mountain the feel of yesterday and how the country stores were back when the mountain people needed supplies. I always look forward to going to Fred's and getting the old time drinks and setting on the front porch.
