I got a deep scratch on my car at work where you could see them at all. I just bought a house out here the Falls so I'm not familiar with any body shops. I took it to Fred's Collision just to get a quote. Bob was super friendly and gave me an amazing quote. I made my appointment with him which he made very convenient for me as I didn't have a lot of options for other transportation. Bob did an AMAZING job all in the same day as I scratched a rental vehicle while parking against a curb. Brought it in to Fred's in the morning Bob had it brushed out re primed and re painted all done by the afternoon. Same day as I had to return the vehicle later. He went above and beyond, even gave me a ride back to where I was staying after I dropped the car off, an unexpected pleasant surprise. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Amazing work! My Jeep was only two months old when the driver side got smashed. Bobby told me it would look better than new when he was done and he definitely delivered. Freds is the only shop I would trust with my vehicle.
