Not Worth My Money – In my experience, this salon doesn't live up to it's name. I knew I was going to pay an upscale price, but I didn't get what I paid for. I was told highlights started at $275. They also charged me some type of service fee- in addition to the tips. You would think at those prices the colorist would want to listen to exactly what I wanted. Instead, I felt rushed. Blech. – My first experience at this salon was nice, not amazing. So, I made another appointment, and I regret it. It was extremely chaotic and noisy. They were doing hair for some models that day, and it seemed like therefore the other customers did not matter. My original stylist was missing in action, and no one contacted me. I had to wait an hour for a rather unpleasant stylist (that cost more and no one offered to cover the difference) who wasn't really interested in discussing what sort of hairstyle I wanted. Great Staff – The new salon was a little chaotic at first, but is shaping up quickly. The acoustics are still poor -- too much noise -- but work is continuing to solve such problems. Appointments now need to be made a couple of weeks in advance, even if you're a regular client, because the space is smaller than in the Chanel building and schedules have changed.
