The visit was made pleasant by the attitude of the technicians and other personal. Always willing to answer questions and help. Would recommend to anyone.
I first met Dr. Fredericks after seeing her card on a college bulletin board some 30 years ago indicating she had just graduated from Dental School . Our large famiy started our dental care with Dr. Fredericks at that point and have been very happy with her dental work. It was a great choice on our part.
I first got acquainted with Dr. Fredericks back in the 80's. We lived in Woodland Hills and I saw her business card on a campus billboard. (She had just graduated from Dental School. Since we were new to the area and didn't have a dentist, and since I needed some dental work, I called for an appointment.) Well, that was the beginning. and through our family's dental needs over the years she has been our dentist. And we had a big family: six children. So, if you're looking for a dentist, youldn't make a better choice.
Thank you Doctor Fredericks for being the BEST dentist ever! I have been coming to you for a couple of decades and I am always happy with the service your office provides for me. You have always taken your time with me and show your concern on keeping my teeth as beautiful and healthy as they can be. I am very grateful to you. Thank You! I recommend you to everyone.
Dr. Susan and her staff are wonderful. I thank them for everything they do. I will tell everyone I know to change their dentist and go to them.
She is always on top of things and willing to squeeze you in if necessary. Good sense of humor!
