I am aware that the hygienist who worked with me is new. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but it was apparently her first day. She kept looking at something (presumably instructions as to how to proceed) while she was working in my mouth. The standard cleaning took longer than it usually did for this reason. I've always had good experiences with Dr. Fredericks, so this will not in any way deter me from coming back. But this new person just needs better training.

The doctor is amazing. She took me on short notice and still got me in and out quickly. She even set me up for a return appointment with another doctor since she is going out of town and didn't want me to have to wait for her to return. You won't find that type of care with anyone else. My care was amazing as always.
I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Fredericks for several years. In that time, I have received service that is second-to-none. Despite that, however, I feel it's important to disclosure that my trust in the office has changed when a procedure to remove my tooth was offered to me as a "best resort" option, instead of waiting a bit to see if the discomfort might go away. This office truly does offer amazing service, but I would recommend getting second opinions before getting big procedures done here.
I enjoyed my first visit to Susan Fredericks, upon entering the door the Dentist was standing at the front and already knew who. I was and greeted me with smiles and handshakes from everyone. Super friendly staff helped me get settled in and took excellent care of me. Susan herself did the cleaning and check up and had really great information and feedback for my teeth and oral care. She was thorough and fast. I would recommend this clinic to any of my co-workers and friends.
The staff is amazingly friendly and professional! I was even chosen as their " end of the week patient" and received the gorgeous office grease flowers to take home! What a lovely gesture !
Dr. Fredericks and Staff. As usual my visit was handled in a most satisfactory way. Your employees are always pleasant and friendly and appointments run on time. It is a pleasure to be greeted by such friendly and excellent help.
Dr Fredericks is the best. Painless device every time. And it's over before you know it!
