Very efficient office with friendly, competent staff. Very professional individuals at every level of this office. They know what they are doing and head off issues with insurance. Dr. Herman is very alert to the patients needs and listens carefully to the patients comments. Very upbeat and friendly. Takes action to get to the bottom of the patients issues. Everything I have mentioned stands out above other medical facilities I have visited. Just want to say thank you!
Dr. Herman and his staff have always treated me and my son with the highest level of courtesy and care. He has always provided additional resources for me to know all of my treatment options, efficiently but with heart! His office is not a teaching facility and I am always seen by the same staff- very refreshing, compared to other local offices.
