The Dr was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and the medical assisting staff was very friendly also at the buffalo location.

Doctor Herman and his staff are very nice. Dr. Herman has great bedside manner’s and he really cares about you. I am always in and out of the office in a timely manner. Dr. Herman always spends a nice amount of time with you and he’s really concerned about your issues. He was very funny and very knowledgeable. I have multiple medical issues going on right now in seeing at least 10 doctors, he is one my favorite doctors.

I felt like he understood that my symptoms, although not life threatening-at this time, alter my life. He listened to what I had to say & we had an intelligent conversation about my symptoms. He gave me hope beyond steroids that cause their own set of negative side effects. He ordered tests I have been asking other MD's to order for the past 5 years. I am super excited for the first time in a long 7 years of living with eczema, hives, joint pain, mood fluctuations and poor sleep.

Dr. Herman is an excellent doctor who takes the time to talk to me and fully understands my needs. He has a great personality and is actually very funny. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has an allergy problem. It took a few different tests but we finally found out my specific allergies and I have just started the allergy shots.

I was recommended to Dr. Herman by one of my coworkers who has also been a patient of his. Every visit I've had to see Dr. Herman has been positive from beginning to end. Staff & Dr. Herman are pleasant & attentive, taking the time to listen to you which makes the visits much more comfortable. Most importantly, my medical issue is being much better managed since I've begun treatment. Highly recommend, thank you!

My husband, son and I have been seeing Dr. Herman for a couple of years now and we are happy with his demeanor to explain and talk to us (patients). He is very friendly and extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Jane his front desk receptionist is amazing and super helpful too. Sasha his medical assistant is very nice too and always helpful when we need to refill a prescription. It took me a while to find a good allergy doctor and I am glad I was able to find a great one.
