I had the best experience at Frederick. I have to say that Shane went above and beyond to get me answers that I needed when I bought my vehicle here. I appreciated that he and one of the finance guys stayed after hours to get things straightened out and make me a very happy customer. Had a great experience buying a car yesterday. Quick easy process and the salesmen dont try to hover you too much. Only downfall was the vehicle i purchased didnt have a full tank of gas when i drove it off the lot. Every other car i had purchased anywhere else always came with a full tank of gas. Other than that flawless
