Fast, friendly, and reliable service. I worked closely with Shane to purchase my vehicle. Shane was amazing! I am in Baltimore so Shane sent me pictures and worked with me to settle a couple of minor issues and talked me through getting approvals from Maryland and Pennsylvania. After driving for 2 hours, my car was ready to go. Shane even arranged to have another key made for me and I was able to pick it up in Maryland. Excellent service and quality care all the way around.

Had a great car buying experience at Frederick! Shout out to our salesman, Mike Briseno, who was super helpful and stayed extra late a week before Christmas to make sure that we were taken care of and understood everything about our new vehicle.
