What a fantastic experience buying a car!Everyone is so helpful and nice. Long lost small town feel dealership that is straight up honest. No haggle low prices. Our salesman Eli is a wonderful person to deal with. I felt like we've been friends after the no pressure, long test drive conversation. The finance gentleman was upfront, very personable and explaining everything and worked hard to get the deal done. True class acts. And we got to ring the bell when the deal was finished!

My Chevy Tahoe was destroyed in the Hail Storm in the area. The Body Shop advised me from day one on the process and how to deal with the insurance adjusters. It was written up by the insurance to take 40 days to repair and Fredrick's finished it in half the time (working overtime to repair they said). The truck looks like new and the service folks are good. Some of the "older" service folks are gruff :) ....but it is Lebanon and the people are very geniune and caring.
