A few days ago I received excellent collision service from the body shop at Frederick Chevrolet. I have been using their collision service since the 1990's and have always received the highest level of service! Over the years companies change, but not Frederick Chevrolet! My suggestion to you is if collision service is needed for your automobile or truck, try the body shop at Frederick Chevrolet one time and you will not want to go anywhere else!
Barb at the service desk was fabulous! A+ for customer service!! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! It's definitely worth the ride.

What a fantastic experience buying a car!Everyone is so helpful and nice. Long lost small town feel dealership that is straight up honest. No haggle low prices. Our salesman Eli is a wonderful person to deal with. I felt like we've been friends after the no pressure, long test drive conversation. The finance gentleman was upfront, very personable and explaining everything and worked hard to get the deal done. True class acts. And we got to ring the bell when the deal was finished!
Just stopped by Federick with my President's Day promotional contest flyer. Classis bait and switch. Based on a slot machine...had 777 which was listed as a winner of a $200 Walmart gift card. 3 Cherries was to win a $5 Walmart gift card...I had 777. The sales rep explained that the 777 meant nothing despite the info presented in the brochure. The prize was actually determined by the confirmation code! What?? I had actually won a $5 gift card.
