We love Freddys, but haven't been there in a while. This past time we went they messed up our order and gave us 3 piece chicken strips without fries. We ordered a 5 piece meal with fries. I talked to the kid working the food prep and explained our order and showed him our receipt. He apologized and brought us out fries, but not more chicken. Just took 18 minutes to get through the drive thru with our group of two cars with 3 orders of frozen custard each. There were no cars in front of our group I guess they needed to still milk the cow? 🐄 I should have just stuck with @culver’s

The steakburgers are always so delicious. Took my 15 year old grandson there for the first time. He really enjoyed the burger & fries.

We love Freddy's but our last visit was disappointing. I don't know if they were understaffed or what but the dining room was dirty and our steakburgers were undercooked. I think this was the first time we got burgers that were not cooked completely.
