RecommendedAs if their great tasting food wasn't good enough reason to go there, they have outstanding customer service. I had an exceptionally minor issue with my order and immediately I had an employee and two managers apologizing and telling me that they would make it right by me on today's visit and on a future visit as well...and they did! .... The food is very delicious and the staff is very friendly.. definitely a great place to eat!
Stopped in at the end of Black Friday, and the staff was all so pleasant and kind. Huge Kudos to Diane at the front counter who was working non-stop and yet always had a smile for her customers!

We have been to this Friday's several times and have always loved it. Tonight when the manager found out our little girl was celebrating her seventh birthday he made her feel very special! A big thanks to Tom (Manager at Freddy's on Blairsferry) for making my little girl feel extremely special on her birthday! Living out the Freddy's mission. "Service that brings you back again and again."
They have the freshest hamburger buns around. Tried their jalapeño sauce, excellent.

Always enjoy going to Freddy's with my family. The staff is always so professional and NICE plus food is great! Shout out to Miss Zelda at drive thru earlier with her amazing customer service skills! She was patient even when i asked for several things! lol :)

Worst service ever today. One car in front of me, waited I get to window waited for almost 10 minutes. All I got was a #1 no mustard asked 3 times for catsup for fries got home. I'll have to think about stopping there again. Not pleased, employed who gave me my food was not the least bit friendly

No one else in line at drive or at counter inside and still 12 mins for two cheese burgers!! This place sucks.
