Ordered two shakes both were melted. The manager remade one and then told us she's aware that there were holes in the bottom of the cup because she accidentally poked through them before they were given to us. We will not be returning to this location. I would like to think managers are more responsible then this. We even had to ask for napkins after she knew about the holes in the cup.
The food was awesome! I loved the fries.
We ordered two sandwiches and a large cheese curd, and it was $18. Both sandwiches were tiny, like dollar menu sandwiches. The large cheese curd was a small by any other restaurant's standard. I was extremely disappointed!

RecommendedWish there was one in Ankeny Iowa. We love this place but don’t get to eat it much since the closest one is 2 hours away.
Overall the service was good and quick. People were very polite. Food was similar to Steak and Shake without the wait. Fry sauce was an interesting touch.
I’ve been very happy so far with custard treats but I ordered onion rings yesterday and they were so over cooked I chipped a tooth very disappointed
Runny shakes, condiments on food when requested to be not included, missing items in order, went inside to retrieve missing item and it was provided but was soggy rather than crisp. Disappointing. We've visited before and had similar issues.
