Every time I order extra cheese sauce I never get it and it's literally the only reason I come here. Why spend $20 here when I can go to Whataburger or 5 guys if all I'm getting is a burger.

They customer service wasn't great and if I knew 5 guys were just around the corner I would have went there. The manager at the time I went seems to be lazy and I didn't greet all of the customers. The burgers were ok but the turtle custard was great.
