After a one-hour wait at the drive-thru lane, all three drinks were flat. Very disappointed!

RecommendedI haven’t been here in quite some time and was very disappointed in the customer service in the drive thru this evening. When ordering the food, the person taking the order was talking so fast making it hard to understand her. It also felt as if she was rushing me to place the order. Then when I got to the window, the person there made no eye contact. I had no idea I was being spoken to. Food was good, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

They have great burgers and fries and love their concrete custard.
California burger had no sauce and fries were cold. Asked for fresh fries because the ones I received were cold and they just gave fries already sitting out which were still cold. Very dissappointing. When a customer asks for fresh fries you make fresh fries not give them fries alresdy sitting there.
