We have always gotten great food (cali burger, chicago dog, custard and my most favorite fries!!) and excellent customer service at this Freddy's, but tonight's service was above and beyond. They very rarely get our order wrong and when they do, they own it, apologize and make it right. (take note other restaurants). Well tonight we went through the drive thru and got home with 2 less fries than we ordered. I called and got a hold of one of the managers, Michelle. I walked through Target for about an hour, or should I say hobbled since I just had major leg surgery and using a cane. Several people stood in the middle of the aisle and made me move out of their way as much of a struggle as that is. Had someone shut the door on my cane while looking right at me at the QT. Don't even get me started on the driving in Owasso. Stopped by Freddys to grab some lunch and the service was fantastic.
